V30200C-E3/4W VISHAY Arrays
The V30200C-E3/4W is a 200V, 30A high-voltage dual common-cathode Schottky rectifier in a TO-220AB package, ideal for demanding high-frequency power conversion. Select this TMBS® device when your design requires low forward voltage (1.1V at 15A per leg) and minimal reverse leakage (160µA at 200V) to maximize efficiency in high-voltage output stages. Its trench MOS barrier technology delivers excellent switching performance. Key applications include output rectification in high-power DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes in industrial motor drives, solar inverter boost/bypass stages, power factor correction (PFC) circuits, and telecom rectifier output stages. The common-cathode configuration suits center-tapped secondary windings.
