The VIPER26HN is a low-power offline switched-mode power supply primary switcher from STMicroelectronics in DIP-7 through-hole package, integrating an 800V avalanche rugged power MOSFET with PWM controller and frequency jittering for low EMI. For selection, verify input from 85V to 265V AC, 800V MOSFET rating, output power up to 13W (wide range) or 20W (single range), fixed 60kHz switching frequency, standby power below 50mW, and operating temperature from -40°C to +150°C. Features include current-mode control with auto-restart protection, hysteretic thermal shutdown, frequency jittering for EMI reduction, adjustable current limit, and burst mode operation for low standby power.
