For selection, verify input from 85V to 265V AC, 800V MOSFET rating, output power up to 20W, fixed 60kHz switching frequency with frequency jittering, standby power below 50mW at 265V AC, limiting current with adjustable set point, on-board soft-start, safe auto-restart after fault, hysteretic thermal shutdown, and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +150°C. Features include PWM operation with frequency jittering for low EMI, burst mode for standby power reduction.
