XIO2001IZWSR TI PCI Bridge

XIO2001IZWSR is a PCI Express to USB 2.0 bridge controller from Texas Instruments for PCIe-based embedded systems. It complies with PCIe 1.1 standard at 2.5 Gbps link speed and fully supports USB 2.0 high-speed, full-speed and low-speed modes. Integrated USB PHY eliminates external transceivers, while bus mastering and low latency ensure efficient data transfer between PCIe and USB domains. It operates on 3.3 V supply across -40 °C to 85 °C. This device uses a 169-NFBGA package with 12x12 mm dimension. This bridge is used in industrial PCIe computers, embedded servers, data acquisition units and PCIe platforms requiring expansion of legacy USB 2.0 peripheral interfaces.
