The XRP7665IDBTR-F is a 3A synchronous step-down DC-DC converter from Exar Corporation (now part of MaxLinear) in 8-pin HSOIC (SOIC-8 EP) surface-mount package, featuring 4.75V to 18V input range and output adjustable from 0.925V to 16V .
