XTR111AIDRCT TI Interface IC
The XTR111 is a precision voltage-to-current converter for 4-20mA current loop transmission, operating from a 7.5V to 44V loop supply. It features 0.1% nonlinearity, low offset drift (5µV/°C), and a 5V voltage regulator for powering external circuitry. The device includes an enable input and current limit protection. The output current is set by an external resistor with IOUT = 10 × VIN / RIN, providing a 0-20mA output range. Input voltage range is 0V to 10V. Packaged in a 10-pin VSON (DRC) (3mm × 3mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for industrial process control and factory automation. Applications include programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote sensors, actuator control, and 2-wire 4-20mA current loop transmitters.
