XTR115U/2K5 TI Interface IC

The XTR115 is a precision 4-20-mA current transmitter with a 5-V voltage regulator for powering external circuitry, operating from a 7.5-V to 36-V loop supply. It features 0.1% nonlinearity and low offset drift (5-µV/°C). The device includes an enable input and current limit protection. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (U), it is ideal for industrial process control and factory automation.
