XTR116UA/2K5 TI Interface IC

The XTR116UA/2K5 is a precision, low-power 4-20mA two-wire transmitter from Texas Instruments, designed for industrial process control. It includes a precision voltage reference (4.096V) and a rail-to-rail operational amplifier. The device operates over a loop supply range of 7.5V to 36V and draws only 200 μA of quiescent current. It supports sensor excitation and features an external transistor for high output compliance. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
