The XTR300 is a voltage-to-current converter for 4-20-mA current loop transmission, operating from a 7.5-V to 44-V loop supply. It features 0.1% nonlinearity, low offset drift (5-µV/°C), and a 5-V voltage regulator for powering external circuitry. The device includes an enable input and current limit protection. Packaged in a 20-pin VQFN (RGW) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for industrial process control and factory automation. Applications include programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote sensors, actuator control, and 2-wire 4-20-mA current loop transmitters.
