The AON3414 from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS) is a 30V N-Channel MOSFET optimized for load switching and power management in space-constrained designs. With a logic-level gate threshold typically below 2.4V, it interfaces seamlessly with 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers or PMICs, enabling simple drive circuitry for battery-powered equipment, portable devices, and computing peripherals. Its low 17mΩ RDS(on) at 10Vgs minimizes I²R losses, extending battery runtime and reducing thermal dissipation. Housed in a compact 2.9x2.3mm DFN package, the device supports up to 10.5A continuous drain current, offering an outstanding current-to-footprint ratio ideal for tablets, ultrabooks, smartphones, and IoT endpoints.
