The AON6240 from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a 40V N-Channel MOSFET utilizing advanced trench technology, optimized for high-frequency switching with an ultra-low RDS(on) of 1.6mΩ max at 10Vgs and gate charge of 88nC at 10V . Housed in a compact DFN 5x6 package, it delivers 85A continuous drain current and features a "Schottky style" soft recovery body diode that minimizes switching losses and electromagnetic interference . The device is 100% UIS and Rg tested for ruggedness, operates from -55°C to +150°C, and is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free . Ideal for high-efficiency DC-DC converters, motor drives, power supplies, and load switching in telecom, industrial, and consumer applications.
