The AON6250 from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a 150V N-Channel MOSFET leveraging advanced AlphaMOS™ trench technology, optimized for high-frequency switching with an industry-leading low RDS(on) of 16.5mΩ max at 10Vgs . Its ultra-low gate charge (30.5nC typ) and output capacitance (Coss 213pF typ) minimize both conduction and switching losses, achieving the best RDS(on) × Coss figure-of-merit for superior efficiency across light and heavy loads . Housed in a compact DFN5x6 package, it delivers 52A continuous drain current and is 100% Rg and UIS tested for ruggedness . Ideal for primary/secondary switching in telecom and industrial DC/DC converters, synchronous rectification in AC/DC power supplies, solar micro-inverters, and POL modules .
