AON7428 AOS Power MOSFET
Select the AON7428 N-Channel MOSFET for high-efficiency power switching in a compact footprint. Verify your application's drain-to-source voltage does not exceed 30V and that your gate drive is optimized for logic levels as low as 4.5V. Its ultra-low 2.8mΩ Rds(On) at 10V minimizes conduction losses. Typical applications include synchronous buck converters for point-of-load regulation in servers and notebooks, motor drives for drones and power tools, and high-current load switching in battery management systems. A high continuous drain current of 50A (Tc) and rugged thermal capability (up to 150°C junction) make it well-suited for dense, thermally demanding designs, especially through its 3.3mm x 3.3mm DFN package.
