The ST715PUR is a high-voltage, ultra-low quiescent current LDO linear regulator from STMicroelectronics, capable of delivering up to 85 mA with an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 24 V. Key specifications include: Output voltage adjustable from 1.2 V to 15 V; Very low quiescent current: 3.8 μA typ. at full load; Low dropout voltage: 500 mV typ. at 85 mA; Stable with ceramic output capacitors from 0.47 μF to 10 μF; Integrated overcurrent and short-circuit protection; Package: DFN8 (3 × 3 mm); Operating temperature range: –40 °C to +125 °C. Typical applications include mobile phones, PDAs, cordless phones, and similar battery-powered systems.
