The STM32F302RBT6 from STMicroelectronics is a mixed-signal microcontroller combining an ARM® Cortex®-M4 core at 72MHz with a floating-point unit and advanced analog peripherals. For selection, it offers 128KB Flash, 24KB SRAM, two 12-bit ADCs up to 5Msps, and a 12-bit DAC for precise signal acquisition and generation. Connectivity includes CAN, I²C, SPI, UART/USART, USB, and I2S, plus motor control timers and 52 I/O pins.
