STSPIN230 ST Power MOSFET

The STSPIN230 from STMicroelectronics is a compact triple half-bridge driver integrating power MOSFETs for low-voltage motor control. For selection, its key advantage is enabling up to three independent DC motors or one brushless DC (BLDC) motor, all from a low-voltage range of 1.8V to 10V. The 1.3A output per channel and a typical low-side plus high-side on-resistance of 400mΩ provide solid efficiency for portable designs. Controlled by a simple logic interface, the device features robust fault protection including overcurrent, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection, with a wide -40°C to +150°C operating range. In application, it excels in portable printers and scanners, robotics and small automation systems, IoT actuators, and handheld power tools.
