The STTH2R06A from ST is a 600 V, 2 A Turbo 2 ultrafast diode built for high-frequency switching where negligible switching loss is essential. For selection, key specs include 1.7 V max forward voltage at 2 A, 50 ns reverse recovery, 30 A surge capability and a –40 °C to +175 °C junction range, with very low conduction losses thanks to planar Pt doping technology.
