The TPS7A4901DGNR is an adjustable positive high-voltage linear regulator from Texas Instruments, featuring ultra-low output noise (15.4 µVrms) and high PSRR (72 dB) for powering sensitive analog loads. For selection, verify input voltage from 3V to 36V, output adjustable from 1.194V to 33V via an external resistor divider, and output current up to 150mA with a typical dropout of 260mV at 100mA. Ensure operating temperature from -40°C to 125°C (junction). Additional features include a CMOS-logic-compatible enable pin, programmable soft-start (capacitor), internal current limiting, and thermal shutdown.
